Refund & Return Eligibility
- Refunds and returns are only possible if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- To be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package, showing the damage as soon as you open it.
- Without an unboxing video, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.
Unique & Non-Unique Items
- Returns or replacements are only available for non-unique items (i.e., items that are not marked as “one-of-a-kind” or custom-made).
- Unique or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or replacements.
Process
- Contact us at support@dazzlewood.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your unboxing video and order details.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange pickup/return and process your refund or replacement.
Additional Information
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
