Refund & Return Eligibility

  • Refunds and returns are only possible if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • To be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package, showing the damage as soon as you open it.
  • Without an unboxing video, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.

Unique & Non-Unique Items

  • Returns or replacements are only available for non-unique items (i.e., items that are not marked as “one-of-a-kind” or custom-made).
  • Unique or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or replacements.

Process

  1. Contact us at support@dazzlewood.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your unboxing video and order details.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup/return and process your refund or replacement.

Additional Information

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
